This is an outstanding opportunity for a corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading national firm during a period of strong growth. The Role
  • Advise on a broad range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, capital raisings, private equity, venture capital and investment funds.
  • Draft, negotiate and review key transaction documents, manage due diligence processes and coordinate inputs from specialist teams.
  • Work closely with two senior corporate partners while mentoring junior lawyers as the team continues to expand.
About You
You will ideally bring:

  • 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law within a private practice environment, with solid technical capability across transactional work.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast?paced environment.
  • A collaborative, positive and commercially minded approach to your work.
