The Role

  • Advise clients on significant commercial and corporate disputes, regulatory investigations, class actions, commissions, inquiries and corporate misconduct matters.
  • Assist with the prevention, management and resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration and other dispute resolution processes.
  • Work on complex, multi-party matters involving sophisticated legal and commercial issues across a diverse client base.

About You

  • You will ideally have three or more years’ post-admission experience with broad commercial litigation experience.
  • You bring strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients on complex matters.
  • You are a motivated and collaborative lawyer who can work independently when required and thrives in a high-performing team environment.
