This role offers exposure to high-value matters across project finance, acquisition finance, corporate lending, and restructuring , with clients spanning major lenders, borrowers, sponsors, and investors in the mining, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
You’ll work closely with highly regarded partners known for their expertise in complex financing structures, streaming and royalty arrangements, and resource-sector transactions — providing you with strong mentorship and genuine career development opportunities.
What you’ll do:-
Advise on major corporate, acquisition, and project finance transactions

Draft, review and negotiate finance and security documentation

Provide commercial and strategic advice to leading Australian and international clients

Collaborate with a high-performing team on technically complex and innovative matters

4+ years’ PQE in banking and finance (leveraged, project, corporate or real estate finance)

Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills

A proactive and solutions-focused approach
