The Role
  • Advise government and corporate clients on employment, industrial relations, workplace health and safety, and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Manage and support complex workplace matters, including enterprise bargaining, investigations, grievances, terminations, executive remuneration and policy reviews.
  • Conduct litigation and regulatory work across a range of disputes, including unfair dismissal, adverse action, union disputes, workplace fatalities and safety prosecutions.
About You
  • You will ideally have experience at Associate or Senior Associate level within employment, workplace relations, safety or related litigation practices.
  • You bring strong technical skills, sound judgment and the ability to work directly with clients on complex and sensitive matters.
