The Role
  • Advise on complex commercial disputes, investigations and inquiries involving mining, energy, infrastructure and corporate clients.
  • Work on matters relating to native title, land access, environmental, planning and administrative law issues, as well as regulatory investigations.
  • Assist in the resolution of high-value disputes, including corporate restructuring matters, trust disputes and other strategically significant litigation.
About You
  • You will ideally have around 2–3 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation and/or regulatory disputes.
  • You bring strong analytical, drafting and communication skills, along with an interest in complex and high-stakes matters.
  • You are a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently, build trusted client relationships and contribute positively to a high-performing team.
