Introduction
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accountant with 2 years or more of public practice experience to join a growing tax and business advisory team. This role offers exposure to diverse clients, hands-on advisory work, strong mentoring from senior leaders, and genuine career development opportunities.

This progressive and growing advisory practice provides tax, accounting and business services to a broad domestic and international client base, with a strong focus on technical excellence, practical outcomes and collaborative teamwork.

The Role
  • Prepare tax compliance work for a varied client portfolio, including income tax returns, financial statements, BAS and FBT obligations, while supporting broader financial reporting requirements.
  • Partner with Managers and Directors to deliver proactive tax and business advisory services, research technical matters, prepare written advice and contribute to financial modelling, budgeting and cash flow planning.
  • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships through direct client interaction, collaboration with referral partners and coordination with offshore team members on compliance and advisory projects.


About You

  • You will ideally have 2 years or more of experience in tax compliance and Australian public practice, with exposure to a range of taxation matters.
  • You will be degree qualified and either studying towards or already holding a CA or CPA qualification, with strong technical tax knowledge and well-developed communication skills.
  • You will be motivated to build a long-term career in Tax and Business Advisory, enjoy working collaboratively and bring strong attention to detail, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
