We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Estate Litigation Lawyer to join a leading Perth firm renowned for its expertise in estate disputes. This role offers the chance to work on complex and high-profile matters, providing strategic advice and representation to clients navigating challenging estate and succession issues.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage estate litigation matters in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, including contentious probate and estate disputes.

  • Work closely with partners and a small, high-performing team to provide practical, commercially grounded advice.

  • Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to the development of the team’s litigation practice.

About You:
  • You have extensive experience in estate or general litigation matters, ideally with a minimum of 5–7 years’ post-admission experience.

  • Strong analytical, advocacy, and client management skills.

  • Commercially minded, with the ability to manage complex matters efficiently while maintaining excellent client relationships.

  • A collaborative and supportive approach to team culture and mentoring.
