Work across sectors including mining, industrials, and tech

5+ years post-admission experience in corporate and/or commercial law

Strong drafting and negotiation skills across transactional and advisory work

Commercial acumen and confidence working directly with clients

Interest or experience in a variety of sectors (mining, industrial, tech)

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and mentor junior lawyers
