This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior lawyer with broad commercial skills to step into an established client base and make a genuine impact. You’ll be working across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Business and company sales & purchases
- Company and business structuring
- Drafting and advising on key documentation (shareholders’ agreements, unitholders’ agreements, partnership agreements)
- Providing strategic commercial advice and resolving disputes
