Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)

Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions

Joint ventures, offtake agreements and farm-ins

Corporate governance, compliance and general commercial matters
-
5+ years’ post-admission corporate/commercial experience

Strong background in the energy & resources sector

Proven skills in managing due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex documents
-
Ability to mentor juniors and work collaboratively within a high-performing team
