An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a leading Employment and Industrial Relations practice based in Perth. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-profile matters across a diverse client base, including major national and international organisations.
About the Role
As a key member of a high-performing, collaborative, and supportive team, you will:

Advise on a broad range of employment law and industrial relations matters

Work closely with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers on complex and strategic matters

Provide legal counsel on workforce strategy, enterprise bargaining, industrial disputes, regulatory compliance, and safety matters
-
Act on employment aspects of large-scale transactions and projects
-
Engage with regulators and represent clients in Fair Work Commission and Court proceedings
-
Manage matters independently and support the development of junior team members

About You
You will ideally bring:
- 4-10+ years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, industrial relations, and/or work health and safety, gained in a top-tier private practice, government, or in-house legal team

Strong academic credentials and excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience providing strategic, solutions-focused advice to corporate clients

A commitment to excellence and a genuine interest in contributing to team success and mentoring junior lawyers
