Are you a detail-oriented and organised Paralegal looking to make a real impact in a collaborative law firm environment? Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our growing team, supporting our commercial and estates practice .
About the Role
As a key member of the practice, you will work closely with their Commercial Partner to support a broad range of legal matters including commercial transactions, business structuring, and estate planning. This is an excellent opportunity to work across varied and meaningful matters, with direct client contact and the opportunity to build trusted working relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Drafting and preparing legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, commercial agreements, and letters.

Supporting lawyers with estate planning and estate administration tasks.

Conducting legal research and document reviews.

Managing matter files and maintaining up-to-date records.

Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and government bodies (e.g., Landgate, ASIC, Supreme Court).

Assisting with company incorporations, trust establishment, and other corporate compliance tasks.

Providing general administrative and paralegal support across the practice.
About You

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar paralegal role, ideally with exposure to both commercial and estate matters.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

Confident using legal practice management systems and Microsoft Office.

A team player who is proactive, reliable, and professional in approach.

Paralegal qualification or relevant tertiary education is highly regarded.
