A respected Perth-based litigation and commercial law firm is looking to appoint a senior lawyer to its growing team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Associate through to Special Counsel to step into a dynamic and client-facing role, working across high-quality matters with the support of a collegiate and well-regarded team.
The RoleAs a senior member of the firm, you will:

Run complex litigation matters with autonomy and strategic input

Appear in court to continue developing your advocacy skills

Build and manage client relationships across a varied and loyal client base

Support and mentor junior lawyers while working alongside seasoned litigators

5+ years PAE with a strong background in litigation and dispute resolution

Solid advocacy and client management experience

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Experience in construction litigation, or across areas such as property, corporations law, insolvency, or defamation would be advantageous
