We are working with a well-established corporate legal team in Perth that's seeking a full-time legal secretary with strong initiative and the ability to work independently.

Your Role
- Liaising confidently with clients and interna staff
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence (emails, memos, letters)
- Managing monthly billing processes
- Opening, maintaining and closing mater files
- Diary and travel coordination
- Handling general administrative tasks, including phone management and message recording
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a legal secretary role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Typing speed of 60+ wpm
- Experience with legal document management and billing systems
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with the confidence to work autonomously
