Our client is seeking a motivated Lawyer (Lawyer, Associate, Senior Associate or Special Counsel) level lawyer to join their growing, high-performing Perth team. This role offers a rare chance to deepen your expertise in one of the most exciting and specialised areas of law.

You will be supported by a close-knit team and mentored by renowned leaders in the field. Collaborate with property developers, investors, strata stakeholders, and policyholders while contributing to a firm known for its innovation and national reach. This full-time position offers a flexible and family-first working culture with hybrid arrangements after probation.
What You'll Do:
- Handle a broad spectrum of property-related legal matters, including disputes, litigation, and advisory work
- Draft, register and advise on an array of property legal documents
- Handle commercial disputes, including construction, contract, and property issues
- Assist with enforcement, and dispute resolution
- Prepare court filings, correspondence, and client advice
- Represent client at Court, attend court hearings, brief counsel, and assist with evidence preparation for trials and interlocutory hearings
- Smart, motivated professionals with at least 2-10+ years of post-admission experience (PAE)
- Exposure to property law and/or commercial litigation is desirable
- Familiarity with Magistrates, District, Supreme Courts and SAT is a plus
- Strong academic results and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, well-organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client service
- Collaborative team players with strong interpersonal skills and a growth mindset
- Law degree from an accredited university
- 2-10+ years of relevant experience in property law or commercial litigation
- Demonstrated success in managing legal files and court procedures
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in continuous learning and professional development
- Passion for innovation in legal services and client engagement
