Lawyer / Associate – Corporate (Energy, Resources & Infrastructure)

An opportunity has arisen for a talented Lawyer or Associate to join a leading national firm’s Corporate (ENRI) practice. This position offers the chance to work on high-value, complex transactions across the energy, resources, renewables, and infrastructure sectors , alongside a highly regarded national team.
You’ll be involved in a broad mix of work, including:

Drafting and negotiating commercial and project agreements (procurement, construction and corporate contracts).

Advising on regulatory, corporate and governance matters within the energy and resources space.

Supporting major transactions and procurement processes across multiple jurisdictions.
This role would suit a lawyer who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and strategic thinking , and who is eager to grow their practice within a supportive and high-performing team.
