About the RoleYou will work closely with an experienced Partner and a national corporate team, advising clients on:

Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)

Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions

Joint ventures, offtake agreements and farm-ins

Regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters

General commercial law work
-
2–4 years’ post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law

Experience in the energy & resources sector with knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Skilled in drafting transaction documents and assisting with due diligence

Strong analytical, research, communication and attention-to-detail skills

Team player who can also work autonomously in a collaborative environment
