In this role, you’ll advise a diverse range of clients—from major international corporations to local operators—on matters including private M&A, joint ventures, operating agreements, and development projects. You’ll gain exposure to first-in-market deals and work with clients driving the global energy transition. What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Solicitor in a leading M&A practice
- Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand
- Strong academic results and attention to detail
