The OpportunityWork within a high-performing Corporate Advisory team advising on:

Public and private M&A, schemes of arrangement and equity capital markets transactions

Due diligence, listings, and corporate governance matters

Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rule compliance
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers recognised nationally for their expertise, and contribute to landmark transactions across mining, energy, resources and technology sectors.
About YouYou will ideally bring:

Around 4+ years’ experience in corporate or commercial transactions at a leading firm
