We’re working with a highly regarded commercial firm looking to grow their litigation team.
The role suits a lawyer with at least 4 years’ post-admission experience, though those with 3+ years and strong academics will also be considered.
You’ll work closely with experienced litigators on significant matters, while also running your own files across a broad commercial litigation practice.

Strong drafting and communication skills

Experience in litigation and mediation in both state and federal jurisdictions

Experience in construction or insolvency litigation is highly regarded but not essential
