Role Overview
As a Senior Commercial Lawyer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice and solutions on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will work directly with clients, take the lead on transactions, and mentor junior lawyers within the team.

Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements

Advise on capital markets transactions and capital raising documentation

Prepare Notices of Meeting and provide regulatory guidance under the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
-
Provide strategic and technical advice on corporate structures, governance, and compliance
-
Contribute to business development activities and maintain strong client relationships
-
Take a leading role in managing files and client matters from start to finish
-
Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience in corporate/commercial law within private practice

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

Strong expertise in:

Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements

Advising on market transactions and capital raisings

Preparing client advice and regulatory documentation

Deep knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules
